      Recently i had visited this Dreamz Sairam Project, there are so many apartments beside to this project. Dreamz Sairam is also one of the biggest project, I heard like they are going to register the land by next month and the construction is going to start by the month of Feb. I kept belief on Dreamz infra and booked a 2 BHK flat in their Sairam A block project.

      With the 4 Lakh rupees option i ordered a flat in Dreamz Sairam project. As per their sales executive words remaining money need to pay through the home loan facility. Now i am in the process of getting the hole loan from bank. Hope Dreamz sairam also will be going to start it's construction soon like Dreamz Sneh project.

    Dreamz sneha is beautiful project in which we can get apartment at very low price. I think none of the builders are sold out at this price rate except Dreamz which listed minimal range of affordable apartments.. It’s good for the home buyers to register at maratahalli location which is very near to the IT sectors.

    Marthahalli is consider as on of the prime location of Bangalore well connected to every area with good market complex. Heavily demanded for IT people and students as well. Dreamz Sneh is in such a beautiful location and selling it flats in an low price really hates up to them.

    I am only looking for ready to move apartments in Bangalore and mainly in Marathalli location. I am interested in Dreamz infra projects but i came to know they did not have any ready to move apartments in this particular location. Any of the blogger here suggest me one best builder, other than Sobha, Salarpuria and prestge. As my budget is upto 45 Lakhs only.

    Marathahalli is one of the best residential locations in Bangalore. In Bengaluru most of the people from Andhra, in Marathahalli almost 70% people are Telugu people. That’s why most of the people buying apartments in Marathahalli. It is also well connected with outer ring road and good road transportation.

    Wow its good time to book the apartment in Dreamz Sneh, because the apartment cost is very high in this area. But the Dreamz Infra is selling the apartments at half of the market price and the construction is already started. My advice is to book 3BHK bcz by spending extra 2 lacs you will get 3BHK instead of 2BHK.

      Locations like Marthahalli are the first preference for most of the IT people not only because of the presence of a huge market place but mainly because of its connectivity to entire Bangalore. Since Bangalore is full of IT companies and considered as IT city so in every corner you can easily find an IT company and Maratahalli is a place which is well connected to every place of Bangalore. Dreamz infra having couple of project here in maratahalli selling less than the actual market price so anyone looking a flat go for the pre-launch project in maratahalli.

    Whoever is searching the apartments to buy at Maratahalli, straightaway go to Dreamz Office at Silk Board and without any discussion first register your dream apartment because only few apartments are left that to low margin price compare to market price..
